Yes, this system is on the latest version of NeurOptimal® 3 and updates automatically to the latest, greatest version as soon as it becomes available each time it's used.

Zengar says systems should be replaced every 3 years - is this too old?

Home computers need replacing far more frequently than personal brain training systems. If you are like me, at home you may leave your computer on all day on standby so it springs back to life the moment you need it. You’re searching the net, using social media, playing games, buying tickets, ordering groceries, saving and editing photos and more.

People using rental systems use them for only one purpose – brain training. When the system isn’t actively in use for a 33- or 44-minute session, it is turned off and stored. Systems running in commercial practices training all day long may need to be replaced more frequently.

Each of my rental systems has been used gently, and most of their time has been spent tucked safely in a briefcase awaiting deployment.

Are there any warranties?

All warranties have expired on this unit. That said, with a license transfer, you get 3 months of full IT support through the PASS preview program. Every part of each unit I sell is in great condition. If you want to replace any component of a system, you may do so directly through Zengar, and with the PASS program, you get a 20% discount from their normal rates.
